I’ve always been fascinated by the complex interplay of people, processes, and technology. Early in my career—during my first consulting assignment in 2007—I was tasked with documenting a global U.S. bank’s operations and using lean principles to shape a more efficient future. Sitting in a crowded conference room, I listened as experienced back-office professionals offered what they believed were “out-of-the-box” ideas. But I noticed something intriguing: 

"Even the most creative suggestions lived within invisible boundaries they’d grown accustomed to over time."

Whether it’s leveraging AI tools to reimagine outdated workflows or designing more empathetic customer journeys, I strive to make every interaction meaningful, not just efficient.

At Oracle, as a presales consultant for Flexcube, I gained a deep understanding of how technology can transform banking operations. From product walkthroughs to implementing core banking solutions, these years gave me valuable insights into the role of technology in driving operational efficiency.

My journey began with Citibank, Infosys, BNY Mellon, and Deutsche Bank, where I mastered the intricacies of retail and investment banking operations. From managing accounts and deposits to mortgage underwriting and capital market settlements, these early years built the foundation of my banking expertise.

Joining Infosys marked the beginning of my consulting journey. By optimizing back-office operations and designing tailored banking solutions, I honed my ability to solve complex challenges. At Capgemini, I led Banking Solutions Design, and at HSBC, I drove global transformation initiatives. These experiences shaped me into a strategic thinker and execution-focused consultant.

At Gavs Technologies, I was entrusted with building a BFSI vertical from scratch, leveraging my consulting expertise to create new market opportunities. This experience led to founding Ogemen Solutions, where I now deliver transformative solutions, blending AI, automation, and operational excellence for financial institutions.

The Heart Behind the Work

I find inspiration in life’s simplest pleasures. Animals have always been a source of energy for me—their unconditional love teaches patience and empathy. Spending time with them reminds me to be present and grounded, no matter how fast-paced life gets.

 

Long drives have been my way of finding clarity. There’s something calming about being on the open road with melody music playing softly in the background. It’s where I reconnect with my thoughts, find solutions to problems, and let go of stress. These drives are my personal retreats—a space where ideas flow and life feels balanced.

I believe that success isn’t just about reaching milestones—it’s about living fully, embracing every experience, and being open to growth.
